LinkedIn ProFinder Coach, Since 2019: Nancy Swift
I have worked with all kinds of people — artists, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, social change activists, job seekers, other coaches, and therapists who are doing deep work to find empowerment in all aspects of life, including their professions.
The kind of Inner Presence Coaching I do is grounded in compassionate presence and allows for astounding results.
Inner Presence Coaching is based on: 1) Observing and Awareness, 2) Internal Family Systems (IFS), and 3) Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
The environment I co-create with clients allows for the emergence of inner wisdom in an amazingly transformative way. Some call it “effortless transformation.” You’ll see why when you work with me.
With a high degree of presence, I help usher in the conditions for empathic connection leading to empowerment.
When it comes to Career Coaching, we can focus only on LinkedIn and three time-tested strategies for your most effective job search to get the ideal role for you right now.

“Why?” Can be a Cruel Question
Do you ever suspect you’re being criticized with ‘why’ questions? For example, Why did you do that …? Why do you always …? Why would anyone …? Why didn’t you …? Why don’t you just …? In this workshop, you’ll discover if you are asking ‘why’ tinged with judgment and advice-giving or with warm curiosity. If other’s are doing the questioning, we’ll share ideas about ways to end the cycle.

From Nice to Spice: Moving From People-pleasing to Authenticity
It is a high price people pay for disowning parts of themselves by continually putting others’ needs before their own. Popular culture calls it “co-dependency.” Experience the joy and freedom of being true to yourself.
Self-care: Beyond the Spa
This workshop focuses on self-connection, self-empathy and self-acceptance.
Say No, Stay Connected and Enter Relational Dialogue
One aspect of “people-pleasing” behavior is that people say yes when they want to say no. Then they realize we are not in alignment with that answer and feel any number of emotions. Many people place others’ needs before their own (called “co-dependency” by some). What follows is blaming others – or engaging in other strategies – to try to feel better. This workshop allows room to practice saying ‘no’ based on a key NVC principle that every NO is a YES to something.
7 Ways to Shift From Reactivity to Harmony
Take any exit ramp (there are at least seven) and say goodbye to the cycle of submission, disappointment, and resentment. By doing so, you can arrive at harmony and connection. Based on The Vortex of Submission.
