I have worked with all kinds of leaders and visionaries — Artists, C-suite Executives, Entrepreneurs, and other Seekers — who are breaking patterns and releasing unconscious contracts to find their own empowerment. This kind of coaching helps people find their right livelihood and become alive with inner peace, contentment, freedom, and joy.

Inner Presence Coaching is based on: 1) Awareness, 2) Internal Family Systems (IFS),
and 3) Nonviolent Communication. The environment that is co-created allows for the emergence of inner wisdom in an amazingly deep and transformative way.

With a high degree of presence, I co-create the conditions for empathic connection leading to empowerment.

We covered a lot even though it didn’t seem like it. I’d never heard different parts of me talk before. Really good; really helpful. Very insightful. I’m very grateful.

Josh, Coaching Client

I felt more comfortable than I expected to. Nancy’s calming nature is a big part of that. She talked about some of her own issues which made me feel safe to open up. Nancy is deliberate in her speech and that gives a sense of real care.

Every person … every workplace … should have a coach like Nancy.

Why?” Can be a Cruel Question
Do you ever suspect you’re being criticized with ‘why’ questions? For example, Why did you do that …?
Why do you always …? Why would anyone …? Why didn’t you …? In this workshop, you’ll discover if you are asking ‘why’ with warm curiosity or with another intention. If other’s are doing the questioning, we’ll share ideas about ways to end the cycle.

The Artist’s Way at Work in Your Life
Based on the book by Julia Cameron. An intensive 12-week journey.

Transforming Enemy Images
Workshop to look at the needs behind creating enemy images and how to meet those needs in other ways. Restores everyone’s dignity.

From Nice to Spice – Moving From People-pleasing to Authenticity
It is a high price we pay for disowning parts of ourselves when we are continually putting others’ needs before our own. Experience the joy and freedom in being true to yourself.

Self-care Beyond the Spa
This workshop focuses on self-connection, self-empathy and self-acceptance. In other words, self-care NVC-style.

How to Say No While Staying Connected and in Relational Dialogue
One aspect of “people-pleasing” behavior is that we say yes when they want to say no. Then we realize we are not in alignment with that answer and feel any number of emotions. We place other’s needs before ours. After that, we start blaming or engaging in other strategies to try to “feel better.” This workshop allows room to practice saying ‘no’ based on a key NVC principle that every “no” is a “yes” to something.

7 Ways to Shift From Reactivity to Harmony
Take an exit ramp (there are at least seven) to say goodbye to the cycle of submission, disappointment, and resentment and arrive at harmony and connection. Based on The Vortex of Submission.
